By accessing or using the Tale Creator app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
Tale Creator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Users must not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes. If you are under 13, parental consent is required.
To access certain features, you must register an account and provide accurate information.
The App offers subscriptions for premium features. All subscriptions are managed via Apple’s in-app purchase system, and users must comply with Apple’s terms and policies.
The App and its content remain the exclusive property of Tale Creator.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data handling practices.
We may terminate access to the App immediately if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to the App is subject to your prior acceptance of either this Standard EULA or a Custom EULA between you and Tale Creator. The license is nontransferable and limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules.
You agree that Tale Creator may collect and use technical data and related information to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the App.
The App may enable access to third-party services and websites. Use of these services is at your sole risk, and Tale Creator is not responsible for their content or accuracy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tale Creator disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent not prohibited by law, Tale Creator shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Tale Creator's total liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
You may not use or export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained.
